A studio for carnival

We build the worldyour costumes live in.

Storyboarded, animated storefronts for carnival bands — with registration, payment plans and pickup built underneath.

A template shows your theme.A storyboard makes them feel it.

Of seven band sites we instrumented, four ship no lazy loading at all — and the imagery is the product.knowledge/master.md · §1
All seven declare reduced-motion support. Three leave animations running anyway.knowledge/master.md · §7
The best of them runs an entire site on six keyframes. The template-built ones define five hundred.knowledge/master.md · §1

Carnival is Woman.

Never crowned, yet their legacy still reigns.

What your shopper sees. What your team runs.

One platform. Each band its own store, its own Stripe, its own theme.

Stores

Several per admin — Miami and Trinidad as two stores — each with its own currency, selling window, timezone, its own Stripe account and its own theme.

Products & categories

Store-scoped. A season's categories created from a folder or a zip of images in one drop.

Pre-registration

Priced passes, charged through the store's own Stripe before the season opens.

Orders & payment plans

Stripe Checkout; deposit, instalments, autopay, balance. Pricing is frozen the moment an order is paid.

Change requests

A shopper asks to change size, section or add-ons; the team reviews a side-by-side diff before anything moves.

Pickup

A QR counter workflow for collection day, with third-party pickup authorisation.

Coupons

Scoped to products or to whole categories.

Campaigns

Email marketing from the admin, with suppression honoured on unsubscribe.

Staff

Invited by email, with per-store roles and permissions. Stripe keys are never visible to staff.

Transactions & reports

The ledger, and CSV export with the columns you choose.

Blacklist

Block an email at checkout, per store.

The assistant

An assistant inside the admin that reaches every module and shows its proposal before applying it.

Login without passwords

Email one-time codes, for shoppers and for the team.

Custom checkout forms

Per-store dynamic fields on the order — whatever your season needs to ask.

We instrument the webbefore we design for it.

The palette is a contract

A theme is a block of values, and the build fails on a stray hex.

Motion is gated in JavaScript

A media query cannot stop a video, a scroll library or a rAF loop.

The resting state is the finished state

A script failure leaves the page readable, never blank.

The same enginesells anything.

Built for the hardest retail calendar there is: one season, one launch day, thousands of orders in an hour, payment plans that run for months, and a product collected in person. Everything else is easier.

Tell us the band, the city and the date. We'll come back with a storyboard.
